    Any Mastermind group for teachers?

    Hi dear! I feel so blessed to be part of this community, and I see that this forum is quite abandoned however I decided to ask here this question – I’ll drop this on Facebook if I see no response.

    As some might now – I need to state this – I’m not per se a ‘teacher’, as I’m not teaching at school, I define myself more a (language) trainer, even if this term could also be confusing about sports.

    My passion is to help humans to learn and improve French, and last year I was blessed to help a Canadian 6y old girl to learn alphabet and her first words in French.
    Last year I was also finishing with success a Trainer (and Training Manager) training, where I was learning the structure of training, Kolb cycle, Bloom taxonomy, etc etc…

    So my question: I wonder if you know a Mastermind group that gathers regularly and where I can connect and giving help to each others, practices about teaching… I would like to ‘revive’ the theory of my training materials and be able to practice, and I am also willing to do some benevolent services as a trainer, to have some experiences and practice.

    Hello Olivier!

    I am so thankful for you being a part of the community. Thank you so much for this question about Masterminds!

    We are actually looking into starting up a Mastermind group or Two here inside Teachonomy soon, based on interest. We do meet monthly LIVE for anyone inside the platform that would like to meet. We usually use tools like Zoom or something similar.

    Right now in our monthly meetups we focus on strategies and brainstorming together. The goal for these meetups is to collaborate with fellow teachers on specific areas of practice (things like classroom management, specific teaching strategies, big picture ideas etc)

    Hi Chuck! Yes that helps! You can count me in! I need to re-focus and make decisions, and enhancing my teaching practice and using my Trainer Training resources to make it in practice, is my main goal, aside searching new ‘students’ clients that are willing to learn and improve French.

    I feel blessed to see your driving energy and to attend your Teacher’s summit!
